Silkstone Fashion is owned in equal shares by Boldbridge Capital Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 15588212, registered office Abacus House, 14–18 Forest Road, Loughton, Essex IG10 1DX, United Kingdom, and by Aletex Group of Barcelona, Spain. What we collect

• What you send us through the contact form or the tech pack generator: your name, company, email address, phone number if you give it, and the details of your enquiry. These reach us as an email, either sent from your own email app or passed on by our form provider, Web3Forms, under its own privacy policy.
• Drafts you save in the tech pack generator are stored in your browser only, on your device. They are not sent to us until you choose to send them.
• Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider: the pages requested, the time, and the IP address of the request, for security and error diagnosis. We do not add our own tracking to them.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation or sample, arrange a visit, and keep a record of our correspondence with you as a prospective or actual customer. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Fonts, images and scripts are all served from this site, so browsing it contacts no other service. The only third party involved is the form service, and only when you press send. No analytics or advertising scripts run on this site.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Server logs are kept for no more than ninety days.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how we use it, by writing to the address above. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Website terms

The content of this website describes Silkstone Fashion's manufacturing capabilities and is provided for information. Specifications, capacities, minimum quantities and lead times shown are indicative and are confirmed only in a written quotation or contract. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.

The tech pack generator is a free tool. Measurements and constructions it suggests are starting points and must be confirmed by sampling before production. We accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of the generated document.

Text, photographs, drawings and models on this site belong to Silkstone Fashion or are used with permission. Client and certification logos belong to their owners. You may not reproduce site content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. It uses your browser's own storage for one thing only: a tech pack draft you choose to save, and the garments you added to it from the products page. That information never leaves your device unless you send it to us, and you can delete it at any time with the Clear button in the tech pack or by clearing your browser's site data.
